The project for the Artist Residence arises from the concept of a mediation space, with various solutions for continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, different uses, users, and the city. Neutral tones, brushed steel elements for the entrance, the garden with Mediterranean plants, and grassy paving identify the project externally. A new structure, the veranda, connects the residential wing to the main body, offering shade and environmental comfort along with the vegetation. Inside, the recovery of spaces relies on adaptable furnishings that avoid invasive interventions. In the residential wing, the kitchen opens onto the veranda, expanding the living space while on the first floor, equipped walls and a flexible system of room division organize the sleeping area. In the main body, the loggia becomes the entrance and part of the exhibition space, transforming into a venue for events through integrated movable panels. On the first floor, the loggia serves as an exhibition and studio space, with custom furnishings for artists and a stepped platform for models and objects. The archive gains an autonomous role through a dedicated space and an independent entrance.
